ZOLTÁN FÁBIÁN

Zoltán was born in Vác, Hungary on July 21, 1970. He's been interested in music since the age of 5 when he first heard his father play guitar. He became obsessed with the guitar from the age of 10. In the beginning, he had no structured musical training. His favourite bands at that time were especially Hungarian rock bands. He became familiar with the music of Iron Maiden in 1983-84. This motivated him to take up the bass guitar. He formed his first band, Jericho, in 1986. As a result of many changes in the band's line-up, in 1988 he changed to playing guitar. As a guitarist, he cites Joe Satriani, Frank Gambale, Steve Morse and Adrian Smith as his biggest influences.
